Students who had registered for the March session and did not attend online classes can apply for refund by filling up the online refund form. Your complete fee (including GST) will be refunded.

 

ONLINE COURSES IN FRENCH

As the Coronavirus pandemic continues, the safety of individuals is paramount. Therefore, keeping this in mind, the Alliance Française de Chandigarh is proposing 100% online courses with our team of trained and professional teachers using Zoom. The classes will be online till the end of the session. In order to make your course a success, the following elements will be indispensable. Kindly ensure that you fulfill the requirements and are ready to commit before registering for the course.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Computer / laptop. Smart phones may be used but are less efficient as all features may not work (not recommended and if you wish to use it, the Alliance will not be responsible for the quality of the course).

2. Earphones / headphones are recommended for ensuring better conditions for listening and speaking activities.

3. Good Internet connection.

4. Valid Email ID. Regular checking of your emails once you have registered.

5. Students have to purchase both the textbook and the workbook of the level for which they register.

6. Payment of registration fee: ONLY BY NEFT transfer (from a bank situated in India). Kindly mention the transaction reference number in your registration form. (No bank draft, payTM, GP or any other mode of payment will be accepted).

BOOKS: For the time being, the publishers Hachette of the manual «Cosmopolite» are allowing free access to the book online. Students who are registering for the June session, kindly do not pay for the books as the Alliance is closed.  We strongly advise you to buy the books, as very soon, the books will no longer be freely available online. Below are the details for buying the books.

You can purchase the books (textbook and workbook)  from Goyal publishers based in Delhi. However, you will need to buy the book once free online access is discontinued.

Goyal publishers are now delivering French Language Books at your doorstep by courier. They will be delivering all over India except in the “Containment Zones”.
