MAURITIUS – Starter (Veg & Eggless)

Achard Salad & Gato Piman
A delicious julienne salad of carrots and cabbage, marinated in a fragrant turmeric and mustard vinaigrette. Served with crispy lentil fritters seasoned with cumin, fresh herbs, and a hint of chili.

RÉUNION – Main Course 

Chicken Cari with Rice, Lentils & Rougaille (Non-Veg option)
Tender chicken pieces slow-cooked in a light tomato-based curry infused with the citrusy aroma of combava (kafir lime). Served with fluffy white rice, traditional Réunionese-style lentils, and a zesty, spicy tomato chutney (rougaille) to awaken your taste buds.
