Awori is a nomadic musician who’s often turned to songwriting as a means to adapt to ever-changing environments. Her sound dwells in the R&B and Hip Hop realms with subject matter ranging from vulnerability and self-image to migration and protest. A prominent figure in the swiss music scene for the last 10 years, she’s collaborated with artists from all over the world, blurring distance and genres in the process. Awori currently resides in Paris where she’s studying Jazz at the Paris College of Music (IMEP).
