AF is celebrating Women’s Day and joins the effort to promote gender equality and support women’s rights:
• At 11AM, we will invite Supreet Dhiman, who is striving for a world free of incest abuse, for both girls and boys. Come, listen to the stories which lay bare the innocence of the young and the vulnerabilities of the adults.
• At 12:30AM, come and watch Period. End of Sentence., a short documentary, oscar-winning film directed by Rayka Zehtabchi.
Synopsis: In a rural village outside Delhi, India, women lead a quiet revolution. They fight against the deeply rooted stigma of menstruation.
