Join us for the public symposium ‘No City for Women?’ on gender & city making on 29th September with Indian and French panelists, organised by Alliance Française de Chandigarh & French Institute in India – Jaipur, curated by Social Design Collaborative.

“How would our cities be different if not designed by & for the fully grown, able bodied man but for people of all ages, abilities, gender, sexual preferences, class and caste?”

The symposium will also share provocations by students of design & architecture from Chandigarh and Jaipur, reimagining their cities from the lens of intersectional feminism. Participating universities are Chandigarh College of Architecture, Chitkara University, Aayojan School of Architecture, IICD Jaipur and Manipal University, Jaipur.
